PPI Claims Could Mean Thousands For You!

In 2011 the PPI Judicial Review passed, and consumers began checking if this PPI insurance policy was added to their agreements, and if so, they might be eligible to 1000′s pounds in repayment and compensation.

Although PPI might be useful for some, it has been mis-sold to consumers in the market.

The reason for so many mis-sold PPR Policies is that creditors never asked about previous medical conditions, which is critical in order for you to have a viable claim against them. So, if you did inform them of a condition, they would typically leave it out, and you (consumer) were paying on a useless policy, which cannot be claimed on. Another common question creditors leave out is whether you are self employed. If yes, you aren’t covered under the PPI, because your income isn’t secured, which is a risk for insurers.

Many creditors also informed clients that PPI was compulsory to gain credit, which isn’t true, and one of the major reasons banks and creditors lost the Judicial Review.

Informing clients that PPI was compulsory, when it isn’t, is a mis-selling. On the contrary, PPI can be purchased from independent insurers for up to 70% less.

If any of these mis-sold PPR Policies took place between you and your lender, you may be eligible for 1,000′s pounds by filing a claim.
