PPI Claims News – The Latest News Banks lose in court.

In a recent court case, which the banks were represented by the British Bankers Associations. It made a major announcement that it has no plans once so ever to appeal the ruling which the courts made in regard to  PPI claims. This just happened on July 2011. Until about a month ago a very large legal fight was taking place by two heavy weights, the British Bankers Association and the Financial Services Authority.

What were they fighting about, YOU! They needed to decide who would be eligible for monetary compensation and how to cap the amounts that the individuals’ lenders would have to pay.

Well at the end of the day the British Bankers Association lost the battle. However, some say the battle was already lost when Lloyd’s group pulled out and admitted they were wrong by setting aside over £3.0 billion to use to settle claims.
