PPI News-How to tell if you were mis-sold PPI How to tell if you were mis-sold a PPI

So you bought a PPI, or Payment Protection Insurance, to try and help protect your future in case something happened that would make it so you can’t make your payments.

Perhaps you were told that it was required by law for you to have a PPI, or maybe no one really explained to you the policy that you were getting, either way it was mis-sold to you. There are two ways that you might have had a PPI mis-sold to you. The first is that you bought it online, and when you filed the form there were pre-ticked boxes.

Since the boxes were pre-ticked you didn’t realize that you were opting out of the insurance instead of opting in.

The other way is if you got your policy in person or over the phone. The representative was supposed to explain the entire policy to you. In many cases this did not occur. Also, you might have been told that you had to buy the policy because it was the law. There is no law that says you have to have a PPI. If any of these things occurred then you were mis-sold a PPI. But you might be able to reclaim some your lost funds.

It is Possible To Claim Back All Your  PPI Yourself. Just Take A Look HERE.
